With no cement used on the actual abutment, this option eliminates one of the leading causes for implant failure, which is excess cement left below the margin. The crown, which is screwed into the abutment allows for extremely easy retrievability, which is safe and noninvasive. The screw access hole is filled with composite and opaquer, which provides excellent esthetics.
